Terms of Sale

Tiffany’s Mansion · Customer information

Please read these terms before ordering from Tiffany’s Mansion. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the information provided for your chosen piece.

1. Our pieces & photographs

Antique & Vintage

Antique and vintage pieces have an individual history. Patina, surface wear, variations in colour and previous repairs may form part of their character. Each piece is offered in the condition stated in its description and condition notes, read together with its photographs.

Appreciation of age and patina is personal. A preference for a different finish or degree of wear does not, by itself, make an accurately described piece faulty.

Photography & appearance

Photographs cannot reproduce every subtle detail of a physical object. Lighting, camera angles and screen settings may affect the perception of colour, texture, sheen and patina, and fine surface marks may be less apparent in an image. Review the full gallery together with the written description, condition notes and dimensions.

By ordering, you acknowledge these photographic limitations and the condition expressly described for your chosen piece. Minor differences in visual perception do not, by themselves, amount to misdescription. This provision does not cover an undisclosed material defect or a material difference from the listing.

Cover photographs may feature digitally styled backgrounds. The gallery includes further views and details of the piece. Accessories are included only where specified. Check the stated dimensions against your intended space and delivery access.

Condition: New

Items marked “Condition: New” are sold as new. Statements about previous use, historical wear and earlier repairs do not apply to them. Relevant handmade characteristics or natural material variations are explained in the individual listing. The condition category applies separately to each item in a mixed order.

2. Orders, prices & payment

Review your items, delivery address, service and total at checkout before paying. You can correct those details before submitting the order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We send an order acknowledgement by email and a notification when the order is dispatched.

The currency, price and charges payable to us are shown before payment. Delivery is charged separately. The treatment of import charges is explained below and in the delivery information for your destination.

If a piece becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different piece or increase the agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the purchase, we will refund the amount paid for it.

3. Delivery & import charges

We dispatch from Spain to the international destinations offered for your order at checkout. Shipping prices are prepared in advance; a separate quotation is not required.

The shipping charge covers the delivery service and relevant packing, preparation and handling. It may differ from the carrier’s own charge. The applicable delivery period and service are provided before purchase.

For deliveries outside the EU, you are responsible for import duties, taxes and clearance fees that the checkout or destination information expressly identifies as payable by the recipient. Charges collected by us at checkout are shown there. Check the delivery service and access requirements before paying, and provide accurate delivery and customs information.

4. Returns & cancellations

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. Compulsory cancellation terms apply as set out below.

Important return conditions

  • Contact us first: email info@apmmarket.com before returning anything. Include your order reference and details of your request; we will review it and provide return instructions.
  • Return transport: for change-of-mind returns, arrange transport with a carrier suitable for the piece. You pay the direct return cost where the applicable pre-purchase information requirements have been met. International transport can exceed the piece’s value.
  • Condition: keep the piece complete and in the condition received, without use beyond inspection, alterations, restoration or additional damage.
  • Packaging: use the original packaging or equivalent protection suitable for the piece’s weight, materials and fragility. Secure all components against movement and impact during transport.
  • “For Restoration”: the faults and work expressly described form part of the agreed condition.

Optional collection

If you would like us to arrange collection, contact us. Subject to availability, we will quote any applicable charge for your agreement before booking. Collection is not included as standard.

EU and UK consumer cancellations

You may cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days after delivery, or receipt of the last item for an order delivered separately. Return the items within 14 days of notice unless we collect.

For a full-order cancellation, the refund includes the item price and cheapest standard outbound delivery offered, excluding premium supplements. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

EU refunds: within 14 days of notice, with payment withheld until the goods or dispatch evidence arrive, whichever is earlier, unless we offered collection. UK refunds: without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods or dispatch evidence, whichever is earlier; if we offered collection, within 14 days of notice.

Handling beyond inspection may reduce the refund by the resulting loss of value, only where the required cancellation information was supplied.

5. Damage or a problem with your piece

Contact us promptly with your order reference, a description of the issue and photographs where practical. For delivery damage, include the packaging and affected area if possible, and retain the packaging for assessment.

We assess the issue against the listing and dispatch records and may arrange an appropriate inspection. Depending on the issue and the remedy due, we will arrange repair, replacement where available, a price adjustment or a refund. We cover assessment and transport costs where these are our responsibility.

Please contact us before arranging non-urgent repairs or international return transport. Change-of-mind return charges do not determine the handling of a damaged, faulty or incorrectly described item.

6. Return inspection, damage & conduct

On receipt, we inspect the piece, components and packaging against our dispatch records. Reported damage is assessed using available photographs, transport records and, where appropriate, a specialist’s report to establish its cause.

Damage, alterations or handling beyond necessary inspection for which the buyer is responsible may reduce the refund by the proven loss of value. Reasonable repair costs may inform that assessment; if repair is uneconomic, we assess the actual loss taking remaining value into account. We provide the basis for any deduction. Inspection does not extend the refund deadlines above.

Where evidence establishes deliberate damage, item substitution or a knowingly false claim, we may dispute the claim, restrict future purchases and recover proven losses where legally recoverable. Any refund deduction is credited against the same loss.

Threats or harassment may result in communication being managed through a designated written channel and restrictions on future purchases. Existing orders and open claims will continue to be handled under these terms.

7. These terms

The version supplied for your purchase applies to that order. Later changes apply to future purchases. If an event outside our reasonable control disrupts fulfilment, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to limit the disruption.

Mandatory consumer law takes precedence over any conflicting provision in these terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply where the contract can operate without it.
