Description

An antique manual-wind mantel clock combining marble, gilt bronze and silver-plated metal. A dark-patinated Virgin figure stands beside a gilt cross above the clock case, which is decorated with scrolling foliage and an oval relief medallion.

The white enamelled porcelain dial has Roman numerals and two winding apertures. Elaborate pierced ornament and scrolling feet complete the base.
