Description

A monumental pair of Sevres-style blue porcelain vases with mythological scenes and swan-shaped mounts.

Landscape panels decorate the reverse. Elaborate gilt scrollwork surrounds the painted scenes; finial lids and ornamented feet complete the pair. Sevres-style describes the design, not a verified maker attribution.

Dimensions: Height: 150 cm · Width: 42 cm · Depth: 42 cm (each).

Materials: Glazed porcelain with gilt decoration and gilt-bronze mounts.

Condition: Very good overall condition, with light aged patina and wear.
