A decorative porcelain plate with a burgundy ground, richly patterned gold borders and a central romantic scene. The gently shaped rim surrounds a couple in period dress. The reverse bears a D W Porzellan Manufaktur mark, shown in the detail photograph.

Dimensions: Diameter: 28 cm

Materials: Glazed porcelain with gilt decoration.

Condition: Pre-owned, with light surface marks and rubbing to the gold decoration. The reverse and foot rim show handling wear. Original photographs show the central scene, rim and reverse mark.
